上海国际文化进修学院（SICC）已与伦敦大学学院（UCL）正式签署协议，成为 UCL 教育学院（IOE）国家专业资格（NPQ）课程的国际交付合作伙伴（International Delivery Partner）。UCL 教育学院在 QS 世界大学学科排名中长期位列教育学科全球第一，自 NPQ 创立之初便参与课程的设计与实施。
The Shanghai International College of Culture (SICC) has signed a formal agreement with University College London (UCL) to become an International Delivery Partner for the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) of the UCL Institute of Education (IOE). UCL IOE is ranked first in the world for Education in the QS World University Rankings by Subject and has helped design and deliver NPQs since their inception.
本项目由 SICC 与协和教育合作开展。The programme is run in collaboration with Xiehe Education.
什么是 NPQ？What Are NPQs?
国家专业资格（NPQs）是由英国教育部（DfE）设立的系列专业资格认证，面向教师及各级学校领导者。课程以研究证据为基础、以实践为导向，帮助教育工作者在本校情境中运用所学、提升专业能力与领导力，进而推动学校改进、促进学生发展。NPQ 分为“专业类”和“领导类”两大类别。
National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) are a suite of qualifications established by the UK Department for Education (DfE) for teachers and school leaders at every level. Evidence-informed and practice-focused, they help educators apply what they learn in their own school context, strengthening their expertise and leadership and, in turn, driving school improvement and better outcomes for students. NPQs fall into two categories: Specialist and Leadership.
专业类 Specialist NPQs
在某一专业领域引领教学实践，提升团队的教学质量。
Leading a specialist area of practice and improving the quality of teaching within a team.
领导类 Leadership NPQs
引领整所学校（或多所学校）的发展与持续改进。
Leading the development and ongoing improvement of a whole school (or group of schools).

简单来说，专业类 NPQ 帮助您“带好一个领域的教学”，领导类 NPQ 帮助您“带好一所学校”。如仍不确定哪门课程最适合自己，欢迎预约一对一咨询。
In short, Specialist NPQs build expertise in leading one area of practice, while Leadership NPQs build the capacity to lead a whole school. If you are unsure which course suits you best, book a one-to-one consultation.
学习方式与考核How the Programme Works
所有课程均采用线上与线下相结合的混合式学习模式，全英文授课：
All courses follow a blended model and are delivered entirely in English:
线上自主学习Online self-study
通过 UCL 在线学习平台完成学习模块、研究摘要、案例资料与专题讨论。
Modules, research digests, case studies and discussion forums on UCL’s online learning platform.
同伴学习小组Peer learning groups
由引导师带领的小组研讨（每组最多 6 人），以线上为主。
Small, facilitated group sessions of up to six participants, held mainly online.
线下面授活动Face-to-face events
在上海举行，由资深管理者担任引导师。
Held in Shanghai and led by experienced leaders.
校内导师支持In-school mentor
学员需在本校指定一名导师（通常为直属上级），定期沟通学习进展。
Each participant nominates a mentor, usually their line manager, for regular progress check-ins.
实施项目Implementation project
将所学应用于本校实际，推进一项与学校发展重点相契合的改进工作。
Applying your learning to a real improvement that aligns with your school’s priorities.
考核评估Assessment
学习期间完成若干形成性评估任务；课程结束后，在英国教育部规定的窗口期内完成一项基于案例研究的终结性评估。获得资格还须达到 90% 的课程参与要求。
Formative tasks during the course, then a final summative assessment based on a case study, completed within a window set by the DfE. Participants must also meet a 90% engagement requirement.

征得学校支持Secure your school’s support
UCL 要求学员所在学校负责人确认支持其参加课程，并指定一名校内导师（通常为直属上级）。建议尽早与校长沟通。
UCL requires confirmation of support from your school leadership and a nominated in-school mentor (usually your line manager). Speak with your principal early.

申请教师参考编号（TRN）Obtain a Teacher Reference Number (TRN)
如尚未持有英国教师参考编号（TRN），请尽早免费申请——这是注册 NPQ 的前提。
If you do not already have a UK TRN, apply for one as early as possible. It is free and is required for NPQ registration. We will help you with this process.

注册与缴费Register and pay
我们将指导您完成 UCL 注册手续。课程费用由上海国际文化进修学院（SICC）统一收取，缴费完成后即可参加 2026 年 11 月的课程启动活动。
We will guide you through UCL registration. Course fees are paid to SICC; once payment is complete, you will join programme induction in November 2026.

根据英国教育部规定，NPQ 每年仅在秋季开班一次，建议尽早登记。
Under DfE rules, NPQs now run once a year, with an autumn intake only. We encourage you to register your interest early.
